English‑Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) — Berlin


The airport staffing agency seeks professional English‑speaking customer service agents to support ground operations at Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt Airport (BER). Successful candidates will deliver calm, clear assistance to passengers, handle routine and irregular operations, and represent airline and airport partners with courtesy and efficiency.



Key responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check‑in, boarding gates, and information points.
Manage passenger enquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate travel information and guidance.
Handle irregular operations including delays, rebooking's, and customer complaints with empathy and clear communication.

Required skills and qualifications:
Fluent English (spoken and written); German (A2+) or other languages an advantage.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport/airline operations.
Strong conflict‑resolution and de‑escalation skills under pressure.
Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Right to work in Germany and ability to pass background and identity checks. (We do not offer visa sponsorship jobs, you need to have right to work in Germany
